Frequently asked questions
How long until my listing is live?▾
Once you submit your application, we review it within 48 hours. Free listings go live the same day they are approved. Silver and Gold listings are fully active within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How do I pay for Silver or Gold?▾
When your application is approved, we send you a Stripe invoice with a secure payment link. You pay monthly, you can cancel any month, and there are no contracts. We will move to fully automated subscription billing as the platform grows.
Is this a contract?▾
No. Silver and Gold are monthly subscriptions through Stripe. Cancel any month, upgrade any month, downgrade any month. We hold no contract over you.
Do you take a commission on bookings?▾
No. Once a couple enquires, the booking is one hundred percent yours. We earn from listing tiers only. We never insert ourselves into the conversation between you and the couple.
What if I am not getting leads?▾
If you have been on Silver or Gold for ninety days without a single enquiry, write to us. We will review your profile, suggest refinements, and if the platform genuinely is not working for you, we will refund your most recent month.
Can I list multiple businesses?▾
Yes. The Premier Partner tier includes up to three listings, ideal for vendors who offer multiple services. The Professional tier is one listing per subscription.
I am a sole trader or part-time vendor. Is this still for me?▾
Yes. The Entry tier is free forever and genuinely useful for sole traders, side ventures, and vendors who only take a small number of weddings each year. Many of our most-loved florists, celebrants and stationers fit this profile.
Do you favour Auckland-based vendors?▾
No. Every region is represented with equal visual weight. A vendor in Westport ranks against vendors in Westport, not vendors in Ponsonby. Couples filter by region first.
